Sam joined Davis Langdon in the Bloemfontein office in 1989 and has since worked in the following Davis Langdon offices: Pretoria, Hong Kong, Stellenbosch, Santa Monica (USA). He returned to Stellenbosch in 2004 where he is currently a director.

He has extensive experience in research and health care facilities, educational buildings, wineries, corporate offices, shopping centres and residential developments. He is also very involved in sustainable design and currently represents Davis Langdon Africa on the International Sustainability Group of Davis Langdon Seah International.
