Meridian Quay is located in Swansea’s Maritime Quarter. It is a new residential development which forms a key part of Swansea’s regeneration plan. Overall, the project comprises 291 luxury residential units.
The accommodation is housed in six low rise and one high rise block. The high rise block spans 29 floors with the top floor being reserved for a restaurant. Each of the low rise blocks is situated on basement car parking.
Meridian Quay’s high rise building will be the tallest building in Wales.
Upon completion in 2009, Meridian Quay will boast Wales' tallest residential building and will play a key role in Swansea's wider regeneration plan.
