The Chester Stadium is the planned home of the Philadelphia Major League Soccer team and will be located on the city of Chester’s waterfront. The stadium is part of an economic development plan on the waterfront which will also include a riverwalk containing entertainment, retail and residential options. The new, ground up soccer stadium will be comprised of 18,400 seats and will be expandable to 30,000 seats.
