This project encompassed the design and development of a new university campus on about 100 acres in the hills of Aliso Viejo, California, including multiple buildings housing administrative offices, classrooms, library, a physical education facility, and student dormitories, with room for future expansion.
The size and magnitude of this project required significant cost modeling at the beginning stages of design in order to develop a realistic budget, scope, and approach; as design progressed, extensive cost management expertise was key to ensuring that budget and scope remained aligned throughout the life of the project.
