Program management is the co-ordinated delivery of a series of projects and services which share a common objective. Organising a series of projects in this way provides sharper focus on overall efficiency through the dismantling of ‘silos’.

PCC looks at the aggregation of supply and brings central control to deliver common outcomes and continuous improvement. We look to identify risks that affect the programme as a whole, but may not have been identified within individual projects.
